A fitness enthusiast with 4 years experience as a personal trainer, and with over 10 years as a high level volleyball player, my passion for what I do everyday is fuelled by helping my client achieve their goals. My training sessions are designed to be fun but CHALLENGING.

My vision is to enhance your health and well-being by providing you with day to day guidance, support and motivation. I am driven by the passion to help you succeed. For me, this is more than just about a training program.
