Hi, my name is Becky, I’m a PT and behaviour change coach working out of Central and East London.
I’ve got 7 years’ experience of coaching people to improve their lifestyles. I have a passion for sport and exercise and I love to train my clients with a smile.
I have a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and like to use evidence-based techniques to help my clients to reach their goals. I always tailor my workouts and programmes to the client’s likes/dislikes and get them the results they deserve.
