I've been in the Fitness Industry for 18 years as a Personal Trainer LEVEL 4, Group Exercise Instructor and Les Mills Presenter (Body Attack, Body Balance, Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Step and RPM).
I've completed several PT certifications like TRX, RIP Trainer, VIPr, Gravity and Body Boxing. I'm also the founder of 2 Fitness Programs mixing Full Body Workout, Pilates and Yoga.
Inspired by paddle boarding/surfing, both programs are super effective for core engagement, balance and overall fitness/strength.
