All of our trainers will be sticking to the 2M rule during each session, all equipment will be cleaned beforehand and we’ll also have cleaning products with us, we’ll also be wearing protective gear. Most of our trainers also get tested every single week. Your safety and health is our main priority.
We cover the whole of London.
No gym membership is required, we’ll train you in your nearest park, office and at home.
We only offer group sessions for pairs of 2.
All sessions last 1 hour.
Yes, you can train indoors as long as you’re providing the space for yourself and your personal trainer.
The only thing you’ll need to bring is water, your trainer will provide all of the equipment.
Our PT’s are both male and female which have all been through a four stage vetting process, we’re sure you’ll love them!
Your initial consultation is always done by our assessment coordinator who is a male, we currently have more male trainers on the team than female trainers (we’re working on this) so we’ll try our best to match you up with a female trainer, if they cover the area you live in of course.
You’d get the chance to decide what trainer you’d like to train you, if for some reason this trainer has no available slots we’ll find you a suitable replacement during your consultation.
It’s pretty simple, you’ll always have direct contact with our assessment coordinator, so you can simply message him requesting a refund, or you can simply just ask if he can change your trainer for you.
To protect the team’s diaries and also to encourage clients to complete scheduled sessions we do have a minimum 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for scheduled sessions. Sessions changed less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client, to cancel/reschedule your sessions all you have to do is message your trainer.
Our express guarantee is pretty simple, if you aren’t happy with your first session we’ll process your refund on the same day of the request.
Under our monthly subscription membership, your service will be active for a minimum term of 2 calendar months. Thereafter, you will be able to cancel your membership at any point, you must cancel your subscription at least 14 days after your latest purchase otherwise your subscription will roll over for another month. If you request a refund out of this timeframe, you will be liable to a £30 admin fee. This refund request will become void if you have completed a session within your new package. Any incomplete sessions in a month under our subscription package can not be rolled over to the following month.
You certainly can, once your 2 months are up you can either continue,cancel or put your subscription on hold until further notice.
All block sessions expire after 3 months from your purchase date.

Unfortunately due to the high calibre of personal trainers we have on board we can’t offer any discounts, it would be unfair on our trainers, the results and service they provide is second to none, our sole purpose is to get you feeling amazing again.
All participants must be 15 years old and above.
We offer every person we train nutritional guidance, we also offer clients any workout programs you may need outside of the sessions with your personal trainer.
