My name is Malgorzata, but friends call me Gosia. I'm a personal trainer and marathon runner.

I have been practicing weight training for 8 years, running for 3 years, and working as a trainer for 2 years.

I specialize in weight and endurance training. Each of my training sessions is tailored to the client's needs and capabilities. From losing excessive weight to building lean muscle mass, I will help you in an effective and fun way.

We train not only for the body but also for physical and mental health. It is very important for me to create a nice, friendly atmosphere during training. Building a physique is not only training but also many other aspects.

I will help you with your diet and healthy habits that will allow you to maintain the achieved results. I have experience working with men and women of all ages, from teenagers to the elderly.
