Jack is a fully qualified L3 Personal trainer that has experience training pro athletes as well as people who have just started their exercise journey. He will always personalise your sessions and explore what it is you want from him and your exercise routine. His main aim is to get you to enjoy your sessions and leave feeling energised and motivated for life.
Jack has experience teaching sessions inside and outside, and will always get you a banging workout with whatever equipment is at hand. It is important to note that he is on this journey with you, as we all need someone on our side to give us a boost. He is also there to help plan a diet for you to help you with your goals. Whether that be to lose weight or gain muscle...or both!
