My name is Joana but people know me as Jo.

I have a background in sports such as football and badminton. I am also known for being very sporty. I love to help people improve their lives through exercise and make a life changing decision.

My main goal as a trainer is not just be with you in your session but support you throughtout your fitness journey as i will be by your side to support you in everything that you need.

I can train you wherever you feel most comfortable, at home, park or private gym.

Everyone has to start from somewhere, remember this: "It's not about how many times you get rejected or fall down. It's about how many times you stand up and keep going".
