I have been working as a personal trainer in the corporate fitness industry since 2010, training a variety of clients and meeting their specific training needs. My main aim is to help and maintain my clients goals and achievements and with hard work and determination, we can do just that.
Having graduated with a BSc Hons in Sport and Exercise Science, I also have experience of video gait and biomechanical analysis, along with a wealth of experience in the footballing field, in which I have represented at county and semi-professional standards, along with national trials.
With my scientific knowledge and practical skills, I can design a programme which suits you and your needs, in order to meet your targets and achieve success, whether it is sport specific, weight loss or just for self-confidence.
I have picked up a variety of certifications along the way which I am sure can help you with your targets. Weight Loss Management, Optimum Nutrition for Health & Performance and Balance Training would be some of the standout disciplines and I would love to integrate into training.
