My name is Lee and I’m a PT and strength and conditioning coach.

I’ve trained in martial arts for over 30 years, including boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and now work as a strength and conditioning coach.

My sessions are all about helping you to improve your well-being, whether your focus is gaining muscle, losing weight or just maintaining general fitness. Above all my sessions are FUN!

I’m passionate about helping my clients achieve their objectives; I’ll work closely with you to develop a program that fits in with your lifestyle, training in your home, office or local park.
