Skipping a gym class is easy, skipping a personal training session isn’t, you have someone else relying on you to turn up to your sessions. You can’t back out last minute or not workout as hard as you should be, your personal trainer will always keep you in check to make sure you reach your goals.

Help outside of your sessions

We pride ourselves in results and we believe its not the hour or two a week you spend with your trainer that counts, it’s the time you spend alone looking at the crisp packets in your cupboard. We try to cover all areas, check ins during the week, nutritional guidance & workout plans for you to do whilst you aren’t training with your personal trainer.

Wouldn’t you hate dragging yourself to every PT session? We want you to have as much fun as possible, each session will be different, one day you could be doing some HiiT training, weight training or even boxercise.
