Information You Volunteer

We collect personal information that you knowingly and voluntarily provide, for example when you make an enquiry about our services or when you choose to book an appointment over the phone or through our form online on our website www.purify4life.com. This information may include (amongst other things) your name, address, telephone number and email address. This personal information is only used to respond to your enquiry or to process your booking. This information will also be stored in our client and trainer database, which is under the subdomain, http://www.purify4life.com/.

Information Sent to Us by Your Web Browser

We collect information that is sent to us by your web browser. This information includes your IP address, the date of your visit and the name of your browser and operating system. We collect this non-personal information to create web statistics that help us improve our website for our visitors.

Information Collected Using “Cookies”

In addition, we may use cookies to store and collect information regarding your usage of our site so that we can deliver content specific to your interests and improve your experience whilst at our site. Cookies can only identify you as a unique, anonymous user of our website and do not contain any personal information about you. We do not store card details on our server. Credit and debit card payments are processed by Stripe (https://stripe.com/gb).

 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Newsletters & Promotions

We operate an optional opt-in policy which means that when you request information from us or make a booking, we may add you to our database. From time to time, we may use the information you have provided us with to contact you with our newsletter or with other relevant offers or promotions that we feel may be of interest to you.
