I have always been very passionate about functional fitness and overall physical wellbeing.
At school I was a competitive swimmer and played rugby (I grew up in Wales).
In more recent years I have turned to cycling and running. This mixed with my background working in Live Performance, has given me a well balanced perspective on what clients need to reach their goals within the limitations of their daily lives.
