Belinda champions a holistic approach to wellbeing, taking sleep, nutrition, mindfulness and physical activity into consideration.

Hi, my name is Becky, I’m a PT and behaviour change coach with a passion for sport and exercise. I love to train my clients with a smile.
I have gained experience over the years training in various different sports like Kickboxing, weight based training, and Gymnastics etc.
My name is Malgorzata, I have been practicing weight training for 8 years, running for 3 years, and working as a trainer for 2 years.
My Training style is more active and can consist of lots of movements and cardio, as well as body weight training and strength training.
After completing his BSc (Hons) in Fitness and Personal Training, Rion has gained a comprehension approach to Personal Training.
Jack is a fully qualified L3 Personal trainer that has experience training pro athletes as well as people who have just started their exercise journey.
