Hi, I’m Victoria.

I have been working as a PT for over 8 years. I have a sports massage and rehabilitation background, really keen to help everyone who needs to recover after an injury or just get back on track after a long gap in training.

For the past couple of years my main focus has been on ante/post natal women training. This came to me naturally after I fell pregnant myself.

I have worked with different age groups - from kids to the elderly. Can train 1-2-1 and also can do group training. I specialize in weight loss/weight management; muscle gain and tone up, as well as nutrition.
