I have been passionate about sports from a very young age, previously representing Kent in athletic competitions.
The skills I have developed over the years inspired me to become a PT.
I have trained a variety of clients individually and in small groups. This also extends to larger group sessions I run in my local park of which there are over 19 members.
My aim is to help people reach their goals whilst also showing them that exercise should be enjoyable.
