Personal Trainer


My love for fitness stems from a young age as I’ve always been involved in sports and fitness activities like football, netball, athletics(track & field), badminton & swimming to name a few.

I’ve been on my own fitness journey and worked alongside qualified trainers at a time in my life when I wasn't qualified, played a part in solidifying my goal of wanting to teach, inspire and assist individuals on their fitness journeys.

I’m easy going, approachable, quick-witted & have great interpersonal skills as well as being determined, hardworking, driven and adaptable. When training, I enjoy interval, resistance, circuit and functional training. I provide fun challenging training sessions to help individuals progress, reach their goals and see results through progressive tailored training plans.
