I’m a self-driven person, with a really active life, I love sports as I have always been doing something, as a football player, consistently attending the gym, running and I’ve even tried callisthenics for a short period of time, I like to constantly challenge myself and I find fulfilment when I help other people reach their personal goals, in fitness or any other way, it gives me more satisfaction knowing that I helped someone get closer to their goals and improve their lifestyle.
I’m a really friendly person and a relationship builder. I listen and put extra effort in understanding each client’s needs. My Training style is more active and can consist of lots of movements and cardio, as well as body weight training and strength training.
